WHY SHOULD YOU GET TESTED?
Check out the short clip to find out why our 9- step testing system will help you be physically and mentally prepared for sport.
ARE YOU REALLY READY TO RETURN TO SPORT?
Our return to sport testing system helps amateur and elite athletes get the answers and confidence they need to take the next step towards their return!
Currently, approximately only 10% of people pass a return to sport test battery before returning to sport, putting themselves at a significantly greater chance of injury.
This results in approximately 20-30% of people reinjuring their knees.
But don’t fear; research has shown that if you pass return to sport criteria, your risk of injury is reduced by up to 90%.
We utilise the latest evidence and some of the most advanced sports science technology available to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots

Our 9-Step Testing System
1) A complete understanding of your injury history and goals
To help you, we need to understand you. The first step is getting a thorough history of your injury, rehab, and goals.
2) Clinical baseline assessment
Make sure the fundamental boxes are ticked. Assess your pain levels, range of motion, flexibility, swelling and ligament laxity.
3) Strength benchmarking
We use our specialised equipment to assess symmetry between limbs and compare to benchmark standards for your gender, weight, and sport. Strength is the foundation of resilience.
4) Power and plyometric assessment
A battery of hop and jump tests to assess your leg power and plyometric ability. Ensure that you can handle the demands of sport and move in all planes of motion.
5) VALD Performance force plate analysis
Utilising the latest in sport science technology, we can dive deep into how you move to identify weaknesses and blind spots not possible to see with the eye.
6) Agility and landing assessment
It is not enough to be strong. It is a recipe for disaster if you still do the fundamental sporting actions with poor technique.
7) Psychological screening
One of the biggest reasons people don’t return to sport or do not return to their previous best is a lack of confidence and fear of reinjury. Our screening will identify those not mentally ready to step back on the field.
8) Return to sport test report
Receive a detailed report highlighting your strengths and weaknesses.
9) Testing session de-brief
Once you receive your results, you will receive a call from us. Dive into your results so you genuinely understand what they mean and confidently map your return to sport.
